The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

+1 c Almond Flour

+ 1/3 c Coconut Flour

+ 3/4 c Coconut Sugar (lower glycemic load than normal sugar)

+ 1 tsp baking soda

+ 1/4 tsp salt

+ 6 tbsp unsalted butter (coconut oil for dairy free)

+ 6 tbsp Tahini (sesame seed butter)

+ 1 Egg

+1 tsp vanilla extract

+1 c Dark Chocolate Chips (Lily's sugar-free version)

 

Directions

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir (besides chocolate chips). Then combine all wet ingredients and use a mixer until the dough is well blended. Manual stir in the chocolate chips.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 F.

Use 1-2 TBSP of dough to make each cookie (you can roll and flatten onto the cookie sheet with the palm of your hand/fingertips).

Top cookies with naturally dyed sprinkles for a little fun for the kids (Watkins Sprinkles).

Bake for 15-20mins until cookie edges are golden brown.
